The invention relates to machines for removing snow and ice slippery coat from surface of roads and aerodromes in winter time, in particular, to a working member therefor. The working element comprises a frame, where levers are fixed hingedly with the possibility of rotation in the vertical plane and carry axes on free ends in the plan like a wedge, every of which is installed on the axis with the possibility with cutting discs with a continuous single-sided wedge rim arranged as freely rotating around it and at the angle α to the longitudinal axis of the working element, with a larger base outside, two front cutting discs are installed on the common lever and face each other with their larger bases with an angle β between them and a distance h between cutting edges in the place of their convergence. The frame equipped with two royal wheels in its rear part is installed capable of rotation in the vertical plane. The working member also comprises a hydraulic system comprising a hydraulic reservoir, a pump connected to 3-positioned, 4-linear hydraulic distributor, providing communication of the pump in one of positions with a pressure regulator, and in another position with a hydraulic accumulator, a pressure gage and blind cavities of one-way hydraulic cylinders connected to the frame and a corresponding lever. The technical effect provides to reduce energy intensity and to increase efficiency of a process of mechanical destruction of strong ice and snow slippery coat. |
