<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an attachment work of a net to spread facing to the ventilation opening with regards to an improvement of a ventilation device for a plastic greenhouse for ventilating the plastic greenhouse through the ventilation inlet. <P>SOLUTION: The ventilation device includes: a ventilation frame 1 forming the ventilation inlet in the plastic greenhouse in which a sheet S is spread; an inner frame 2 wherein a net N is spread detachably installed at the ventilation frame 1; and a window frame 3 wherein the sheet S1 is spread by pivotally attached at the ventilation frame 1.
