The present invention includes: one or more kinds of AIN-based materials which are selected from a group including aluminium nitride (AIN), AIN-WSi_2, AIN-TiSi_2, and AIN-NBSi_2; one or more kinds of SiC-based materials which are selected from SiC-TiSi_2 and SiC-NbSi_2; berylium oxide (BeO); and one or more kinds of inorganic particles and a binder polymer which are selected from a group including boron nitride (BN). The present invention is able to increase the thermal stability of an electrochemical device since one or more inorganic particles are mutually connected by the binder polymer, an organic-inorganic composite porous film for the electrochemical device has pores formed by interstitial spaces between the inorganic particles, and the electrochemical device including the organic-inorganic composite porous film enables heat generated during an operation to be emitted. |
