<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat seal device that indicates a correct temperature of a surface of a heater in contact with a film and prevents a non-welded part from being formed between an object to be sealed and the film. <P>SOLUTION: The heat seal device welds a film for covering an object to be packed by heat of a heater part 10 for sealing. In the heater part, heat conducting media 25, 30 having substantially the same heat conductivity are formed on one side facing the film of a heating element and the other side opposite to the one side, respectively.
