A signal readout circuit is provided with: a first capacitance for holding a first electric charge; a second capacitance for holding a second electric charge; an amplifier unit provided with an amplifier for outputting electric potential inputted to first and second input terminals to first and second output terminals, respectively, when the gain is 1; and a switch circuit for switching the connection between the first capacitance and the second capacitance and the amplifier. A difference between the first electric charge and the second electric charge is an amount indicating the voltage value of a predetermined voltage signal, and the switch circuit causes the first capacitance and the second capacitance to hold the first electric charge and the second electric charge, respectively, in a first operation, and switches the connection between the respective terminals in a second operation such that the first capacitance is connected between the first input terminal and the first output terminal and the second capacitance is connected between the second input terminal and the second output terminal. |
