The objective of the present invention is to simplify the construction of a vibration-damping device while maintaining the product characteristics. Swirl chamber units (31) are formed in a partition member of the vibration-damping device. Each swirl chamber unit (31) is equipped with: a first connecting hole (32a) opening into a first liquid chamber, and a second connecting hole (32b) opening into a second liquid chamber; a first swirl chamber (33a) connected to the first liquid chamber via the first connecting hole (32a), and a second swirl chamber (33b) connected to the second liquid chamber via the second connecting hole (32b); and a flow regulation passage (34), which connects the first swirl chamber (33a) and the second swirl chamber (33b), and opens into the swirl chambers (33a, 33b) in the direction of the circumference of the swirl chambers (33a, 33b). The first and second swirl chambers (33a, 33b) are formed such that liquid flowing into the interior of the chambers from the flow regulation passage (34) is rotated in accordance with the flow speed of the liquid. |
