PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray curable composition that produces a back surface protective sheet for a solar cell having excellent adhesion force between sheet-like members and wet heat resistance, not causing poor appearance by occurrence of foams in an adhesive layer and delamination in a high yield at a low cost and in excellent productivity (aging is not needed).SOLUTION: The urethane resin (D) containing a (meth)acryloyl group and carboxy group is obtained by reacting a diol component (A) that essentially comprises a diol component having a carbonate structure but not contains a (meth)acryloyl group and a diol component (A3) that has a carboxy group but not a (meth)acryloyl group and a carbonate structure with a polyol component (B) that has a (meth)acryloyl group and two or more hydroxy groups and a polyisocyanate component (C). |
