PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter with high reliability due to low-temperature curing, and a liquid crystal device with the same.SOLUTION: A color filter 10 is manufactured using: a coloring pattern 6 including any of a diketopyrrolopyrrole based pigment, a zinc halide phthalocyanine based pigment, a triarylmethane dye and an azo dye; a protective film 8 obtained from a first radiation sensitive resin composition including a siloxane polymer; and a spacer 9 obtained from a second radiation sensitive resin composition including at least one of an alkali-soluble resin and a compound represented by a formula (1) or a formula (2). A liquid crystal device 1 is formed using the color filter 10. |
