PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information collection system capable of estimating a position of a sensor and a location at which sensor information can be collected and collecting the sensor information even if an accurate position of the sensor is unclear.SOLUTION: Each of information collection apparatuses 110a and 110b measures positions indicated by positional information and estimates positions of a sensor module 100 from a quality of radio waves received from the sensor module 100 upon receiving the radio waves transmitted from the sensor module 100 during their moving. Each of information collection apparatuses determines an area in which sensor information from the sensor module 100 can be acquired on the basis of at least one position estimation result with respect to the sensor module 100, and performs an operation of acquiring the sensor information from the sensor module 100 on the basis of information on the determined area.
