<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an olefin-based adhesive sheet capable of preventing or removing air retention or blisters via through-holes, having a good appearance while increase of an inner diameter of a through-hole is suppressed, and having excellent scratch resistance even when the sheet has no coating layer. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet 1 comprises: a substrate 11 and an adhesive layer 12, in which a plurality of through-holes 2 penetrating from one surface to the other face are formed. The substrate 11 contains a polyolefin resin (A) as a matrix by 65 to 90 mass%, and contains at least one kind of fine particles (B) by 10 to 30 mass% selected from groups comprising: fine particles with a styrene resin as a main component; and fine particles with an acrylic resin as a main component.
