METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR RECORDING ACCESS TO FACILITIES AND WORKING TIME CONTROL

Invention herewith described refers to the method and system for recording access to facilities and working time control. This is the procedure with which by the centralized system there is monitored the access of people (27) to the facilities of several companies (31) i.e. the working time control of their employees. The procedure is based on recording of the identification card (28) readings on the devices (7) for reading. For performing the procedure in practice as devices (7) can be used tablet PCs that meet the following conditions: they include the touch screen (13), the network card (14), the card reader (15) and the camera (16) on the front, whereat the identification cards (28) and the card readers (15) use NFC and/or Bluetooth protocols. The identification card (28) reading of a person (27) is performed with the step (34) of the selection of the recorded type of event, the step (35) of moving the card close to the device for reading, the step (36) of taking a photograph of the person who performed the reading, the step (37) of entering the record of registered event in the local database and the step (38) of forwarding the record of registered events from the local database to the central database.
