Disclosed is a waist exercise equipment that is composed of a bottom support plate placed on the floor by a supporting unit and a top rotary plate that is disposed to be rotate with respect to the bottom support plate. Inside the bottom support plate, there is a rotation support unit that is curved toward inside while maintaining a constant distance from the center point of the rotation. In the top rotary plate corresponding to the rotation support unit, there is a rotation support unit curved toward outside. As the rotary support unit on the top rotary plate rotates with respect to the rotation support unit on the bottom support plate, the top rotary plate rotates with respect to the to the bottom support plate. According to this patent, the circular shaped guide rail installed on the bottom support plate and the wheel installed on the top rotary plate helps to achieve reliable rotations. Also, the elastic band inside improves the ability of the top rotary plate on the top rotary plate to restore the original location. As a result, a patient with slow movements can easily perform waist exercises. |
