PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an FD/FP function that targets utilization efficiency in a device control level.SOLUTION: A fault detection system includes: a standby mode management unit 20 for managing a standby/execution switching parameter; a manual control mode management unit 22 for managing a manual/automatic switching parameter; a priority level registration unit 24 in which priority levels of the standby/execution switching parameter and the manual/automatic switching parameter are registered; an automatic control time measurement unit 25 for measuring an automatic control time in a state of executing automatic control operation; a special mode time measurement unit 26 for measuring a special mode time in a state of non-automatic control operation; a special mode time rate calculation unit 27 for calculating a special mode time rate from the automatic control time and the special mode time; a special mode time rate storage unit 28 for storing the special mode time rate; and an alarm output unit 30 for outputting an alarm when the special mode time rate exceeds a threshold value. |
