<p>The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in rotary mechanisms with axial and radial loads of constant and variable values, for example: turbines, pumps, rollers, etc.The radial-thrust sliding bearing with autonomous lubricating system comprises a cylindrical body (6) with cooling ribs and caps (7a, 7b). On the fixed axle (1) are fixed a carrier plate (2) with vertical blades (4). On the bearing surface of the carrier plate (2) is placed with clearance an impeller (5) with cutouts (23) for the lubricating fluid, rigidly connected to the body (6), which is made rotary, provided with an inspection window (18), a filler hole (17) for the lubricating fluid and a discharge hole (19). On the inner surface of the impeller (5) are made vertical channels (10), which communicate with lower horizontal arched channels (9), at the entrance of which are fixed catching blades (11), and with an upper annular distribution channel (28), to which are tangentially abutted on horizontal upper arched channels (12), which communicate with through inclined holes (15), which communicate with the chamber with lubricating fluid. On the upper surface (21) of the impeller (5) is fixed an annular guide plate (14), with the formation of an annular clearance, wherein is placed an annular reflecting plate (15), fixed on the axle (1).</p> |
