<p>The present disclosure relates to substituted isothiazolo[5,4-b]pyridine-2-carboxamides of the formula I, in which R1, R2, R3, R10, R11 and X are as defined in the claims. The compounds of the formula I are inhibitors of transglutaminases, in particular transglutaminase 2 (TGM2), and are suitable for the treatment of various diseases, for example degenerative joint diseases such as osteoarthritis. The invention furthermore relates to processes for the preparation of the compounds of the formula I, their use as pharmaceuticals, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising them.</p> |
