PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner and a two-component-based developer that suppress a variation of charge and a variation in image density even under a high-temperature and high-humidity environment, do not cause contamination of members in a durability test, and can stably output images.SOLUTION: There is provided a toner including toner particles having negatively-charged silica fine particles adhered thereto, and positively-charged strontium titanate fine particles added to the toner particles; and a two-component-based developer including the toner. |
