<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video processing device capable of appropriately correcting blur of a video by controlling determination processing related to movement of an imaging device in a prescribed direction on the basis of pre-read results of a video frame.SOLUTION: A frame pre-read unit 111 pre-reads a plurality of frames included in the video data acquired by an imaging device from a memory 104. A blur calculation unit 14 calculates the amount of video blur. A pre-read frame continuous determination unit 112 instructs whether to update or maintain movement information related to movement of the imaging device in a prescribed direction on the pre-read results of the plurality of frames. A panning information update unit 113 determines the movement of the imaging device on the basis of information related to the pre-read frames, and updates or maintains the movement information on the basis of the determination results and the above instruction. A blur correction unit 115 calculates and corrects the amount of blur subjected to correction on the basis of the amount of video blur and the movement information.</p> |
