A digital and mechanical measurement shoe last, particularly consisting of a shoe last, a three-dimensional mechanical pulling pressure sensor (4), a signal amplifier (8), a data acquisition card (9), data acquisition system software (10), and a data line (5); after a shoe upper is sleeved on the digital mechanical measurement shoe last, the force applied by the shoe upper on the shoe last is transferred to the three-dimensional mechanical pulling pressure sensor (4) via the front half (1) and rear half (2) of the shoe last, so as to enable the three-dimensional mechanical pulling pressure sensor (4) to generate strain, resulting in resistance value change thereof and thus voltage change; the voltage change is processed by the signal amplifier (8), and the data acquisition card (9) transmits the data to the PC of the built-in data acquisition system software (10) through a USB interface via the data line (5); the data acquisition system software (10) records, displays, calculates, and analyzes the signal, helping a sample designer to detect and analyze the existing problem of models and materials, to improve the timeliness and accuracy of model modification, saving labor, material and research and development time, and improving fit and comfort of shoe products. |
