In view of the problems with the prior art, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a nickel-copper alloy thin-layer laminate film that can be suitably used as a biosensor electrode film for a blood sugar sensor, etc., and that has low surface resistivity, high durability to chemicals, exceptional preservation stability, and a low cost profile. A means for solving the problem is a nickel-copper alloy thin layer laminate film formed by laminating nickel-copper alloy thin layers directly or across another layer on at least one surface of a film substrate, wherein the nickel content in the nickel-copper alloy thin layer is 40% by weight or greater and 95% by weight or less, the nickel-copper alloy thin layer having, in an X-ray diffraction pattern, a diffraction peak in at least one of the following three ranges: 43°≤2θ≤45°, 49°≤2θ≤52°, and 74°≤2θ≤77°. |
