<p>Disclosed are a spam processing method and device, the method comprising: receiving spam-related information from a spam monitoring device, the spam-related information comprising a called number, information content and a content classification identifier; transmitting a query request to a communication terminal corresponding to the called number to query whether the communication terminal corresponding to the called number agrees to receive the information content of the spam, the query request comprising the content classification identifier of the spam; and when receiving response information that the communication terminal corresponding to the called number agrees to receive the information content, transmitting the information content of the spam to the communication terminal corresponding to the called number. By interacting with a user, an embodiment of the present invention determines, according to user selection, whether to transmit spam to the user, thus realizing refined management of spam.</p> |
