A display panel, manufacturing method thereof and display device; the perimeter area of the display panel is provided with a dustproof structure located outside the display area on the display panel, and inside the outer edge of a frame adhesive coating area; the dustproof structure comprises: a first electrode (26), a second electrode (28) provided with a slit thereon, and an insulating layer (27) sandwiched between the first electrode (26) and the second electrode (28). The display panel, manufacturing method thereof and display device can prevent impure ions from outside or from the frame adhesive from entering the display area, thus improving the periphery quality of the display. |
