PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device capable of preventing a damage of a transparent electrode regardless of a pressing position of a touch panel and preventing an influence from affecting a liquid crystal layer by pressing of the touch panel.SOLUTION: A touch type information input image display device includes at least a resin cover 2; a touch panel 1; a liquid crystal panel 4 providing a polarizer 6 on an image display surface side; a housing 8 for covering at least an outer periphery of the liquid crystal panel 4; and an external housing 3 incorporating these elements and having an opening on the side of the resin cover 2, and is laminated with the resin cover 2, the touch panel 1, and the liquid crystal panel 4. The polarizer 6 is smaller than an external shape of the liquid crystal panel. The touch type information input image display device includes a spacer 9 having a thickness which is almost the same surface as the opening that arranges the polarizer 6 on a center of an upper surface of an outer periphery of the housing. The spacer 9 is brought into contact with a lower surface of the touch panel 1, and an outer periphery end part of the spacer 9 is joined with an opening end part of the external housing 3. |
