A valve 12 for connecting a fuel storage tank to a disconnectible supply is disposed in a metal wall-box 11 having a door; on the floor of the box is a removable drip tray 14 on which is pivoted an extension plate 15. The latter must be moved from the dotted-line to the full-line position before the supply pipe can be connected to the valve. In the extended or full-line position the plate 15 also acts as a drip tray, which, after use, is pivoted into the dotted-line position and so decants any loose oil into the main tray 14. The box 11 also contains an alarm bell 17 and lamp electrically connected to a float in the tank; push-buttons are also provided for testing and cutting out the bell. A fuse is also provided. |
