A first palm plate is located offset from a first arm inside surface and a second palm plate is located offset from the second arm inside surface. A plurality of weight components is located close to a vertical frame bottom. The plurality of weight components is stackably located on a cable assembly (pulley system) that traverses a weight component rack and is connected to the first arm, and the second arm.
