The present invention relates to a method for improving the resolution of a low-resolution image and giving the 3-D effect to the image for the display. Super-resolution processing is used to improve the image resolution. The super-resolution processing performed after outline emphasis processing results in the high-definition image with high-resolution and three-dimentional look. Meanwhile, the simultaneous execution of outline emphasis processing and super-resolution processing after image analysis processing shorten the duration of the overall processing. |
