The present invention relates to a precast drainage structure used as a road shoulder having a cross section of a top-shaped pipe and, more specifically, to a precast drainage structure which makes road surface water, which flows from a road surface, flow through a pipe by being installed in a boundary part between a street and a walking path. The drainage structure comprises: a plurality of drainage structure bodies, wherein the pipe through which the road surface water flows is penetrated inside in the longitudinal direction, and which has a drainage hole connected with the pipe and is connected to each other in a pipe direction.
