The present invention relates to a grill plate for an induction range, which fixes a heat plate to the bottom of a cooking device as well as make movable grooves between heat and grill plates to allow heat plates to stick to the upper induction range. By forming movable passages for air between grill and roast plates, the present invention makes heat from induction to deliver by heat conduction and convection currents. A projection is to be attached to the central part of the inside grill plate and the projection has different heights for both left and right sides. As a result, the front side of a grill plate unilaterally tilts when the projection stands on the ground. The projection internally makes the movable passage for air in lattice shaped, and makes the fixing projection protrude in order to anchor heating plates on the movable passage. The fixing projection is not to be more bulging than the projection. The bottom side of the above supporting projection is lined with heating plates and the ridge of the hole fits into the fixing projection on the heating plates to be in indented form. |
