The present invention relates to a semiconductor device with a heat radiation function and an electronic device including the same. The semiconductor device according to the present invention includes a front side on which semiconductor devices comprising a circuit are formed and a read side which is composed of an uneven surface. Therefore, the heat radiation effect of the semiconductor device is maximized without adding a heat sink. |
