<p>Described is a section (1) of post stressed cellular concrete for forming a floating rigid foundation for airport runways and platforms, comprising a plurality of cells (4) formed by longitudinal foundation walls (6) and transversal foundation walls (7), which along with an upper rolling slab (8) and a lower support slab (9) of concrete define a plurality of cavities (5) or hollow recesses, the invention being characterized in that the cells (4) have a semicircular arc vault (14) arranged in a longitudinal direction and a triangular arc vault in a transversal direction; the transversal foundation walls are separated a distance 1.8 to 2.5 times the separation between the longitudinal foundation walls. The invention may be applied for manufacturing platforms for carrying out maneuvers, maintenance, temporal stays or overnights of aircrafts in airports.</p> |
