This invention is related to a new display device which can adjust color purity, has improved adhesion properties of the color filter, or has favorable reflective properties. The display device includes: a pixel domain; transistors formed on the pixel domain; a reflective electrode layer formed on the same plane as a source electrode layer or a drain electrode layer of the the transistor; a first insulation layer located on the reflective electrode layer; a color layer located on the first insulation layer, which overlaps with the reflective electrode layer; a second insulation layer located on the color layer; and a pixel electrode layer located on the second insulation layer. The color layer has at least one of first and second open-mouth units, and the pixel electrode layer is electrically connected to the transistors through the open-mouth units. The second insulation layer is in contact with the first insulation layer at the open-mouth units. |
