<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepolymer giving a cured product excellent in high heat resistance and thermal shock resistance, and a curable composition.SOLUTION: A prepolymer having three SiH groups in one molecule is obtained by hydrosilylation reaction of (α) a SiH group-containing cyclic siloxane, (β) a both-end divinyl poly(diorganosiloxane) and (γ) a specific divinyl compound. A curable composition contains the prepolymer as (A) component, a polysiloxane compound having at least two vinyl groups in one molecule as (B) component, and a hydrosilylation catalyst as (C) component.</p> |
