FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to process lines for manufacturing of pipes, a plant for pipe manufacturing, holders for pipe manufacturing. A line comprises a plant for pipe manufacturing with a detachable holder fixed on it for winding of glass tissue on it, a conveyor of detachable holders displacement to the working zone of the plant and a conveyor of displacement of detachable holders from the working zone of the plant, which is located under this plant. The line comprises a thermal tunnel for hardening of manufactured pipes on holders. The thermal tunnel is installed above the conveyor for displacement of detachable holders from the working zone of the pipe manufacturing plant. Downstream the thermal tunnel on the line there is a puller to remove finished pipes from holders. Frames of conveyors, the plant and the thermal tunnel are connected to each other.EFFECT: reduced material intensity, energy intensity and labour intensiveness of pipe manufacturing.6 cl, 14 dwg |
