<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow easy and accurate selection of a chip on which fragments of a desired part of a tissue slice out of many fragments of the tissue slice are deposited, after dividing the tissue slice and a substrate together.SOLUTION: In a cell sorting method, a tissue slice is stuck to a substrate stuck to an extensible sheet, and the substrate is pulled in a surface direction by extension of the sheet to divide the substrate and the tissue slice together, and a part of divided chips of the substrate is peeled from the sheet and is collected. The cell sorting method includes an image acquisition step S3 of acquiring a map image of chips spaced and distributed on the expanded sheet, an extraction step S4 of extracting images of the chips from the acquired map image, a restoration step S5 of connecting the extracted images of the chips to restore an image of the tissue slice before division, and a restored image display step S6 of displaying the restored image of the tissue slice.</p> |
