PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-projecting probe for scanning endoscope capable of always capturing images of subjects with a suitable brightness without being affected by stains on an illumination lens when in use.SOLUTION: An insertion part 10 of an endoscope 2 comprises: a cylindrical body 40a having an illumination lens at a tip end thereof; an optical fiber 14 for projecting through the illumination lens and toward a site to be observed the illumination light emitted from a laser source 31; an actuator 15 which oscillates together with the optical fiber 14 and drives the optical fiber 14 radially such that the illumination light projected from the optical fiber 14 scans the site to be observed; a cylindrical body 40b which is connected to the cylindrical body 40a and accommodates the actuator 15 and the optical fiber 14; and elastic bodies 45, 46 for transmitting via the cylindrical body 40b the oscillation of the actuator 15 to the illumination lens disposed in the cylindrical body 40a. |
