PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent low in toxicity, free from ozone layer depletion capacity, having nonflammability, excellent in dissolubility to various fluxes, and, also excellent in washability and removability for organic matters having polarity in particular.SOLUTION: Provided is a detergent comprising hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) or hydrofluoroether (HFE) or their mixture and carbonates. Further by incorporating glycol ethers and/or hydroxycarboxylic acid esters, a more excellent detergent can be provided. |
