<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a liquid discharge pressure of a small flow rate and a fine flow rate in a liquid feed pump.SOLUTION: A liquid feed pump 1 moves magnetic spheres 4 in a flow passage 2 by rotating permanent magnets 7 by rotating a rotor 8. The flow passage 2 has: an annular flow passage 2a in which distance from a rotation center C of the permanent magnets 7 is constant; and a convex flow passage 2b in which distance from the rotation center C is enlarged. An inflow passage 22 opens to one end side of the convex flow passage 2b, and an outflow passage 23 opens to the other end side of the convex flow passage 2b. When the permanent magnets 7 rotate and the magnetic spheres 4 move, in the region where the inflow passage 22 opens, an interval between two adjacent magnetic spheres 4 becomes wider, and in the region where the outflow passage 23 opens, the interval between two adjacent magnetic spheres 4 becomes narrower. Thereby, a liquid flows into an upstream of the convex flow passage 2b from the inflow passage 22, and the liquid flows out from a downstream of the convex flow passage 2b to the outflow passage 23.</p> |
