PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device, which has a first battery and supplies power via the first battery when the power is supplied to a second battery, that allows preventing a reduction in the life of the first battery.SOLUTION: A power conversion device 1 disconnects a first power conversion circuit 11 from a solar panel 10 and disconnects a second power conversion circuit 13 from an auxiliary battery 12 (first battery) by using a first switching circuit 15. Further, the power conversion device 1 connects the second power conversion circuit 13 to the solar panel 10 by using the first switching circuit 15 and supplies power to a low-voltage battery B10 (second battery) from the solar panel 10 through the second power conversion circuit 13. Accordingly, power is supplied to the low-voltage battery B10 from the solar panel 10 through the second power conversion circuit 13 without interposing the auxiliary battery 12, which results in preventing a reduction in the life of the auxiliary battery 12. |
