<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problem in which it is difficult to reduce waste liquid by a conventional liquid storage container.SOLUTION: A liquid storage container includes: a storage section 65 capable of storing liquid; an ink injection section 101 having an opening formed on the storage section 65 and being capable of injecting the liquid into the storage section 65; a third atmospheric air chamber 72 communicating with the atmospheric air; an atmosphere air introduction section communicating with the third atmospheric air chamber 72 and being capable of introducing the atmospheric air into the third atmospheric air chamber 72; and a second communication passage 73 for causing the storage section 65 and the third atmospheric air chamber 72 to communicate with each other. When an intersection portion where the ink injection section 101 and the storage section 65 intersect with each other is defined as a liquid injection port, a first buffer chamber 74 and a second buffer chamber 75 capable of reserving the liquid are provided in a fifth passage 155 serving as a route extending from an upper side to a lower side out of routes of the second communication passage 73 extending from a third atmospheric chamber 72 side to a storage section 65 side with an attitude of the liquid injection port in which the liquid injection port is upwardly directed in a direction intersecting with a horizontal direction.</p> |
