PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receptacle connector capable of easily obtaining a desired friction lock without forming a large opening in a metal shell.SOLUTION: At the free end 17B of a cantilever-like spring piece 17 which extends from a shell body 11-1 in the outside of a receptacle connector and folded to the outside, a lock part 23 is provided which is formed by being folded back. The lock part 23 is protruded to the inside of the shell body 11-1 through a hole 16 of the shell body 11-1. Then, a friction lock is obtained by bringing a cut end face 24 of shearing process formed by press working of the lock part 23 into contact with a plug connector fitted to the inside of the shell body 11-1. |
