<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle striker device configured to reinforce a striker effectively with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A vehicle striker device includes, as a reinforcement section 23: a first L-shaped reinforcing member 25a having one side part to be fixed along one end of a C-shaped part 19 and the other side part extended and fixed along a hood inner surface from the one side part toward opposite a first leg 21a of a striker; a second L-shaped reinforcing member 25b having one side part fixed along the other end of the C-shaped part and the other side part extended and fixed along the hood inner surface from the one side part toward opposite a second leg 21b. The C-shaped part is supported by the first and second legs and the L-shaped first and second reinforcing members which support it from the opposite side. Even if an excessive load is applied to the striker when traveling on a rough road, for example, the load is shared by the four points, thereby preventing the striker from coming off from the hood or broken off from the C-shaped part.</p> |
