<p>The present invention relates to a secretion vector used for transformation of king trumpet mushrooms (Pleurotus eryngii) and to a target protein preparation method thereof. According to the present invention, the secretion vector includes expression constructs appropriate for the transformation of mushrooms. The method can be also used to successfully produce various target proteins such as growth hormone proteins from the transgenic mushrooms thereof. The recombination expression vector enables various industrially useful proteins to be mass-produced from mushrooms, and especially from the king trumpet mushrooms.</p> |
