<p>Provided by the present invention is a method to: enable users to insert cards or bills in a cover; and provide a spare battery including a battery, a flash memory, and a charging/memory adaptor inside the cover. The method includes the following steps of: 1. preparing a card insertion unit (50) for inserting cards such as a transportation card, a credit card, and an identification card or bills, which is made of a material such as fabric, a film, artificial leather, and leather and a front and rear cover (40) by perforating an insertion hole of a rivet or sewing after perforating the insertion hole; 2. completing a spare battery which includes the card insertion unit including a built-in module (200) by attaching and cutting a whole outer perimeter of the front and rear cover (40) with a high frequency after covering the front and rear sides of the built-in module (200) with the prepared front and rear cover (40), attaching and cutting with ultrasonic waves, or sewing and processing after cutting; 3. combining a rivet (60) having a hole (70) for connecting a neck strip in the insertion hole of the rivet (60) in the upper part of the front and rear cover (40); and 4. forming the built-in module (200) to include a battery (10) for storing electricity and a flash memory (20) as an integrated built-in module, burying a charging/memory adaptor (30) connected with a separate charging/memory cable in the lower part of the built-in module (200), and connecting the battery (10) and the flash memory (20) with the charging/memory adaptor (30) by a circuit line.</p> |
