The present invention relates to a norovirus detection primer set and a norovirus detection kit thereof, and more specifically, to a primer set which uses pacific primers developed and provided in the present invention to effectively detect norovirus, a detection kit including the same, and a detection method thereof. According to the present invention, a norovirus detection composition specifically reacts to the norovirus GII causing acute appendicitis and shows frequent appearance of mutant strains. The norovirus detection composition is sensitive to and reacts with mutant norovirus strains including 2012 Sydney-type mutant strains. Accordingly, the present invention can diagnose a norovirus GII infection more quickly and accurately than a conventional norovirus detection method. |
