LOW-RESILIENCE POLYURETHANE RESIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-resilience polyurethane resin which is easy to use because it does not stick to hands, has little environmental load because it is halogen-free, and can achieve weight saving of products and freeness from density difference due to flotation of microballoons.SOLUTION: A low-resilience polyurethane resin-forming composition comprises: an isocyanate group-terminated urethane prepolymer obtained by reacting a polyol having a number of average functional groups of 2 to 3 and a hydroxyl value of 20 to 200 mg KOH/g with an aromatic polyisocyanate; a polyol having a number of average functional groups of 2 to 3 and a hydroxyl value of 20 to 300 mg KOH/g; resin microballoons containing no chlorine atom; and a catalyst. There is also provided a low-resilience polyurethane resin formed by reacting the composition.
