PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and system for controlling ignition timing, which enable ignition timing control of easily suppressing the occurrence of knocking for an internal combustion engine having no ignition timing control function for suppressing the occurrence of knocking.SOLUTION: A device 31 for controlling ignition timing comprises a knocking detection device 41 and an ignition timing adjustment device 43. The device 31 for controlling ignition timing outputs a corrected ignition signal, which is adjusted (corrected) by a correction ignition timing calculation processing, to an ignitor 33 when the operation state of an internal combustion engine is suited for adjustment of ignition timing (step 630), and outputs a reference ignition signal (A), which is received from an internal combustion engine control device 37, to the ignitor 33 as it is without adjustment (correction) when the operation state of the internal combustion engine is not suited for adjustment of ignition timing (step 640). |
