PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high green strength reactive hot melt adhesive composition that provides isocyanate free moisture cure and has improved safety and handling property.SOLUTION: In one embodiment, there is provided a moisture curable reactive hot melt adhesive composition containing liquid silane-functional polymer and silane-reactive polymer, further an adhesive promoter and a catalyst. In another embodiment, there is provided a moisture curable reactive hot melt adhesive composition formed by using liquid silane-functional polymer and silane-reactive polymer with a compatible tackifier. In still another embodiment, there is provided a moisture curable reactive hot melt adhesive composition containing 20 to 80 wt.% of silane-functional polymer, 5 to 70 wt.% of silane-reactive polymer, 0.01 to 10 wt.% of adhesive promoter, 0.05 to 5 wt.% of catalyst and 0 to 70 wt.% of tackifier. |
