PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable capacitance touch panel which is used under a circumstance it may be touched by persons capable of preventing a metal electrode from being peeled off or broken.SOLUTION: The touch panel performs detection by using X electrodes 6 and Y electrodes 7 each formed by means of predetermined patterning on the front face of an insulation base material 1, on which a touch operation is made by a user, and the rear face at the back side of the front face thereof.
