PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding method in which the reduction of a molding cycle can be attained without generating stringiness and cold slag caused by a molten resin, and an injection molding device therefor.SOLUTION: Since a molten resin is injected into a cavity 1a while cooling the vicinity of the resin injection position P in a solid side die 10 to a temperature lower than that of the other parts, the solidification of the resin in the cavity 1a in the vicinity of a valve gate 31 after the resin injection can be promoted, and the stringiness effect by the molten resin can be prevented. In this case, since only the solid side die 10 is cooled in the vicinity of the resin injection position P, the temperature of the valve gate 31 can be retained without cooling the resin in the injection valve 30 on the side of a movable side die 20. In this way, the generation of cold slag caused by the temperature reduction of the resin can be prevented upon the following injection, and further, the injection of the molten resin can be swiftly started. |
