PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eyeglass that supports a lens so as to maintain geometric structure and optical quality of the lens.SOLUTION: An eyeglass comprises: a frame part that is carried by a head of a wearer, and extends partially about a perimeter of a lens; a support part that is pivotably attached to the frame part such that the support part can be pivoted relative to the frame part between a retaining position and an open position, and is movable to the retaining position to capture at least a portion of the perimeter of the lens for mounting the lens in a path of the wearer's field of view; and a securing part that is movable between an engaged position and a disengaged position, and in the engaged position, secures the support part in the retaining position for securing the support part to the frame part, and in the engaged position, is arranged between the wearer and at least one of the support part and the frame part and when used, defines an outer side surface adapted to contact with a nose of the wearer. |
