PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a textile machine to compare setting details easily.SOLUTION: A machine base control device 11 comprises an acquisition unit 35, a comparing unit 36 and a touch screen 13. The acquisition unit 35 acquires a setting set in which each setting details of multiple setting items about thread processing are bundled and provided with a name (a lot name). A comparing unit 36 compares setting details of the multiple setting sets acquired by the acquisition unit 35 by every setting item. The touch screen 13 notifies the result of the comparison made by the comparing unit 36.
